Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one mail account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
